Free roof inspections and free window leak inspections are offered as a courtesy with no obligation to engage services. The inspection is visual in nature and does not constitute a structural engineering report, a warranty, or a guarantee of any kind. Champz Services LLC is not liable for issues not visible during a standard visual inspection.
5. Warranty
Warranty terms for completed work are outlined in the individual service contract provided at the time of the job. The 2-year labor and materials warranty and the optional 5-year workmanship coverage apply to work completed under a signed agreement and do not apply to pre-existing conditions or damage caused by events outside the scope of work performed.
